Stanimir Yordanov is the newly appointed Head of the Design and Project Management Department at Avalant. The company launched its new service in mid-April 2023.

Panattoni sees continuing interest from investors: in the first quarter of the year the company completed transactions in Poland worth a combined total of over €300 million. The developer's activity has spawned the need for a new position - Head of Asset Disposition - which has been filled by Michal Stanisławski.

JLL and iO Partners have announced today that JLL will transfer its existing Leasing, Capital Markets, Valuations Advisory, Consulting and Project Management delivery businesses to iO Partners in Romania, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia.

GTC has appointed Barbara Sikora, an experienced financial leader to head the financial activities of the group. She will replace Ariel Ferstman after he moves to lead GTC's expansion in new sectors and markets focusing on M&A, fundraising and capital markets.

Three new members of staff have joined the Hungarian team of Panattoni, the European industrial real estate developer. Róbert Koncz is in charge of real estate operations, Péter Farkas of technical project management and Tamás Szűcs of land acquisition.

Ghelamco has announced changes in the management board of its Polish companies. As of 14 April 2023, Paul Gheysens, owner and founder of Ghelamco, took over as President of the Management Board, and Jarosław Zagórski became the new Managing Director, replacing Jeroen van der Toolen in this position. The board was also expanded with the addition of new members: Michael Gheysens, Marie-Julie Gheysens, Chris Heggerick and Rafał Gierczak.

Sergii Stoliarchuk has joined the immo lab team as Business Development Ukraine. He is responsible for cooperation with Ukrainian real estate companies in Poland.

Vlad Stanislav has been named Managing Director of JLL in Romania, replacing Silviana Petre-Badea who held the position for the past seven years. He has over 22 years’ of experience in management and had previously held the role of Managing Director of Tetris Design & Build. 

Passerinvest Group has appointed Eduard Forejt as its new Business Development Director. He has expanded his current position to include activities related to the development of the sales team, planning and control of business activities as well as client and partner care. As this is an expanded position, Eduard Forejt will remain responsible for the development of Passerinvest's business activities and acquisitions, the company announced. 

Effective from the beginning of March 2023, Urszula Matej-Bil has been appointed Management Board Member responsible for marketing and communications at EPP, the largest asset manager of retail real estate located in Poland. She has been at the company since 2019 when she joined its structures as PR and Communications Director.
