Revetas Group announces a new strategic partnership with Edgar Rosenmayr, who joined the Revetas team as Senior Advisor. He will bring strategic support for Revetas with ongoing fundraising and transaction advice and will work closely with Senior Management and the Investment Management team.


Mr Rosenmayr has 30+ years of experience in the real estate industry. His journey in the domain started in 1998 at EBRD, where he was Director for Property, Tourism and Shipping for almost 6 years. In 2008 he became COO of ImmoEast and from 2010 until 2020 he was a Member of the Board of Directors at Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, where he had responsibility for the design and implementation of a strategy to build a portfolio of institutional class real estate in CEE, predominantly Poland, with a potential for listing in the medium term. Also starting 2010 until the present he is a co-founder of REENAG, being involved in the development of wind farms and small hydropower plants in a number of countries in Austria and CEE as well as Peru and Bolivia. He also provides advisory services for investors and developers in respect of renewable energy projects including capital raise, acquisition and disposition. He has participated in EU-funded projects in the areas of energy efficiency and renewables. Mr. Rosenmayr is MRICS and Member of ULI.

New appointments

  • Colliers Hungary has appointed Balint Laszlo as Director and Head of Design & Build. Laszlo brings over a decade of expertise in technical project management and fit-out execution, with a specific focus on the office and industrial sectors. He previously served as Head of Fit Out at Futureal Group, where he managed project execution, technical delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. His professional background also includes site management and commercial leadership roles.
  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
