Revetas Capital has sold Vitantis Shopping Center in Bucharest, with a leasable area of around 50,000 sqm, to Praktiker Real Estate, owned by businessman Omer Susli, for an undisclosed sum, according to economedia.ro. 

Atrium announced the major refurbishment of its flagship shopping centre – Atrium Promenada, located in Warsaw, Poland. The investment aims to refurbish the second part of the shopping centre. This will continue the transformation of Promenada, the first part of which was completed in autumn 2018.

P3 has acquired three attractive plots with a total surface area of 32 ha at the end of last year. They are all located within the administrative boundaries of large cities like Łódź, Wrocław, and Bydgoszcz.

Strabag Real Estate has acquired the defunct Galeria Plaza shopping centre in Kraków and the 8 ha plot it stands on from Peakside Capital Advisors for an undisclosed sum.

Czech investment group RSJ and developer Panattoni have agreed on the construction of a new industrial park outside the city of Hradec Kralové. The 35,000 sqm warehouse will be located at one of the exits of the D11 motorway.

Romanian developer Global Vision will invest €70 million in Bucharest Airport Park near Otopeni Airport. The first development phase of the new logistics project will kick off this year and the first warehouse could have a leasable area up to 10,000 sqm, depending on demand, said Sorin Preda, Global Vision’s CEO, according to zf.ro.

CPI Property Group is continuing its efforts towards the takeover of Immofinanz. It has increased its holding in Immofinanz to 35.5% and subsequently also increased its offer price.

According to Savills, the last quarter of 2021 was the busiest of the year for commercial real estate investment, with 30 closed transactions and a total volume exceeding €628 million.
