Savills has been appointed as sole letting agent for office space in CUBE Office Park in Gdańsk and Górki 7 in Poznań, both managed by TFG Asset Management.

CUBE Office Park is a modern office complex comprising three self-contained buildings with a total area of 19,705 square metres. It is located in the south-western part of the city, Jasień district, ul. Pałubickiego 2,4,6, and enjoys easy access to the centre of Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia.

Savills will deliver leasing services for the Gdańsk property through its recently opened Tricity office, led by Piotr Skuza.

The other mandate is for Górki 7, a human-scale office building in Grunwald, one of the oldest districts of Poznań. It is located next to Głogowska Street, connecting the city centre to the A2 motorway and exit roads to Wrocław, Warsaw and Berlin. The building is easily accessible by car and public transport. It offers 2,479 sqm of office space and its tenants include Rödl & Partner and Integra Consulting Poland.

“To continue our successful business relationship with Savills, we decided to contract the adviser to deliver on two more properties under our management. Savills has for years been supporting us in leasing our Stratos Office Center in Warsaw and has recently been appointed as letting agent for West Forum in Wrocław. The company has a strong market position in Poznań and has just opened a new office in Gdańsk, so we look forward to its assistance in leasing our projects in these cities,” says Monika Sieradzan, Leasing Director, TFG Asset Management.
