Investment giant Ares Management is selling two logistics parks in Czechia and one in Budapest, Czech daily Seznam Zprávy reports.

Prime Kapital has announced the completion of construction for the third phase of the mixed-use scheme Silk District Phase 3 ahead of schedule, taking the total number of completed apartments over 1,000.

The total office stock in Bratislava was flat at 1.75 million sqm in Q1 2026, while two new projects are expected to be delivered later this year in Q3, namely Dunaj (8,000 sqm) and Ganz House (10,300 sqm), according to the Bratislava Research Forum. 

Fetters management has been appointed to oversee the complete project management of Galerie Modřany, a mixed-use development that will replace the current Prior department store in Prague. The new centre will feature 8,700 sqm of retail and office space, extensive parking, 102 rental apartments and 109 apartments for sale.

Industrial developer CTP has completed and handed over a 4,000 sqm extension for iwis at CTPark Oradea City. The project expands the company's existing 7,000 sqm production facility, bringing its total footprint to 11,000 sqm.

Deutsche Pfandbriefbank (pbb) has jointly underwritten a €214 million investment facility to finance a portfolio of eight logistics properties located across the Czech Republic and Poland for EQT Real Estate. This financing was provided in partnership with Société Générale.

CPI Europe has completed the sale of a historic building at Na Příkopě 14 in Prague in a deal worth more than €100 million. The property has been owned by CPI Europe since 2006 and ranks among the most significant mixed-use office and retail properties in the historic centre of Prague with approximately 17,200 sqm of leasable space.

Yareal Polska has commenced construction of Soho Hub, the final phase of the mixed-use complex Soho by Yareal located in the Praga Południe district of Warsaw.

Sekyra Group has started the third phase of Smíchov City construction, Prague's largest urbanisation project since Vinohrady was built in the 19th century. The phase will consist of three residential blocks with approximately 800 apartments and an investment estimated at €200 million.

Office markets across SEE entered 2026 with strong fundamentals, supported by low vacancy rates in most capitals, limited availability of prime space and strong occupier demand for quality, sustainable offices, according to CBRE research.
