Zacaria Group, specialized in the development of residential and industrial projects, has started the construction of its first retail project in Cisnădie.

According to the latest report by Avison Young, after a challenging period of investment slowdown in 2023, the 2024 results signal a return to stability and a hint of optimism. Poland’s total transaction volume in 2024 more than doubled compared to 2023, reflecting a significant resurgence in market activity.

The development of GLP Park Praha Kozomín has been designed to offer retail, logistics, production and research spaces. Work on the park's construction is in full swing with a completion date of this September. 

Chinese manufacturer UE Furniture has fully acquired a production facility in Timiș County, Western Romania, from local furniture and chipboard manufacturer Rus Savitar. 

Investments in the retail sector will continue in 2025 on the local market, while housing prices could increase in the coming period, according to Colliers Romania forecasting.

KÉSZ Group has announced that its Corallis residential complex in Bucharest has already sold homes amounting to around €11.5 million, which accounts for 27% of the whole residential stock in the project. 

According to the latest report published by Newmark Polska, in 2024, leasing activity on the Warsaw office market continued at a steady level, while developers required significant pre-lets before commencing new projects, which led to a moderate office development pipeline. At the same time, the vacancy rate declined steadily, resulting in shrinking office availability. This trend is expected to persist into 2025.

TVH, a supplier of parts and accessories for material handling, industrial, construction and agricultural machines, has leased nearly 17,000 sqm of modern space at Prologis Park Ruda Śląska in Silesia region of southern Poland.
