7R is preparing to start construction of 7R Park Bytom I. The project will be built in the spirit of ESG: it marks the revitalization of 25 ha of neglected land, will have numerous pro-environmental solutions, at the same time the developer has established cooperation with local authorities and actively supports the local community.

After Cavatina Group S.A. separated the residential development business from the entity responsible for the construction and management of a portfolio of PRS projects, with Resi Capital S.A. and Cavare S.A. taking over respective roles, the latter company is preparing to launch its first investments. The company announces its presence primarily in the markets of Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Kraków, and Poznań, a secured pipeline of circa 1.6k units.

The total industrial and logistics stock for the CEE-12 region has grown to exceed 65 million sqm, with 25 million sqm situated in and around the 12 capital city markets. Poland maintains the largest I&L market and is approaching the 30 million sqm mark, reveals a new report by Colliers.

A new Mercure hotel will open in Brașov at the end of 2025 following an agreement inked by Romanian investment fund Transilvania Investments and the international hospitality group Accor.

According to currently available data, 13 new brands have arrived on the Czech retail market in the first six months of this year. Most of them are in the fashion segment (clothes and accessories – seven brands) and culinary concepts (F&B – three brands). The latter are set to dominate the new arrivals this year: at least six F&B brands should come to the country by the end of the year, and other brands already present will open new branches, reports Cushman & Wakefield. 

The Pardubice Retail Fund has completed the largest Czech real estate deal so far this year involving a single building worth over €100 million. The value of the acquisition of the retail landmark in Pardubice has reached almost €124 million, Seznam.cz reports.

Garbe Industrial Real Estate CEE has signed a lease agreement comprising 18,000 sqm with GPV, an electronics manufacturing services partner. GPV will occupy the entire building in the Garbe Green Park Piešťany. The building is currently under construction and will be finished this month. Adjustments related to the customer’s operation will be completed by the end of the year. This park that is located 80 kilometres from Bratislava will be fully let and developed.

Romania Sotheby’s International Realty has listed for sale the building of the former Odeon Theatre in Galați for €690,000. Originally built in 1911 by Apostol P. Papadopol, an eminent merchant and appreciated philanthropist, the former Odeon Theatre is a historical and cultural landmark. The building was recognized by the press of its time as “The most elegant theatre in Galați.”
