French hospitality group Accor is expanding its portfolio in Hungary and further strengthening its presence in the Eastern region of the country. The group will open an ibis Styles hotel at Debrecen Airport. The new hotel will welcome its first guests in 2025.

Hungarian real estate investor and developer Indotek Group has announced the acquisition of Hotel H·Top Royal Beach in Lloret de Mar. The vendor is H·Top Hotels & Resorts Group which will continue to operate the facility, hosteltur.com reports.

P3 Logistic Parks (P3) has concluded lease transactions for over 107,000 sqm in the first half of 2023, with most of the demand coming from existing clients.

DL Invest Group signed a contract for the lease of over 120,000 sqm warehouse space with one of the world's most recognized fashion companies. The construction of warehouse halls for a new tenant is underway as part of the DL Invest Park Psary project located in Silesia in a strategic location close to the A1 and A4 motorways and the S1 expressway.

NEPI Rockcastle has officially opened its €136 million Promenada Craiova shopping centre in central southern Romania. 

Panattoni has begun construction of a 9,500 sqm facility tailored for Air Spiralo, a ventilation systems manufacturer. The manufacturing and warehouse facility will be located in Szamotuły, near the company's main headquarters in Poland. The project is valued at nearly €8.4 million.

AXI IMMO, an advisory firm operating in the Polish commercial real estate market, and British property consultancy Carter Jonas have formed an alliance, with both firms aiming to strengthen their cross-border activities.

Fortress Real Estate Investments Limited has laid the cornerstone for its latest investment in Central and Eastern Europe – Fortress Logistics Park Zabrze in Poland. The ceremony included representatives of the local city council, project partners and the general contractor – Goldbeck CEE North. This class A facility with a total GLA of 77,500 sqm is scheduled for completion in Q2 2024.

Raben Logistics Romania has leased 1,300 sqm of new warehouse space in CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal, while the company’s lease volume with CTP across Romania has reached 15,000 sqm. 

Romanian real estate developer HILS Development will launch a new residential project in Bucharest. The complex will be developed based on an Urban Zoning Plan (PUZ) that has previously been secured by retailer IKEA.
