Tomasz Dąbrowski has been promoted to the position of Managing Director of Zeitgeist Asset Management in Poland. As of 1 April, he is responsible for the development of PRS products and the implementation of multi-phase mixed-use projects.

After building a portfolio of properties in Poland and launching new rental apartments under the Home by Zeitgeist brand, our ambition is to further develop a high-quality offer in the segments: Living, Working and Revitalizing. I am pleased to entrust this task to a manager with experience in managing large-scale projects", says Peter Noack, co-founder and Managing Director of Zeitgeist Asset Management.
Tomasz brings to Zeitgeist 15 years of experience in global markets in the planning and design of large-scale, complex commercial projects, such as Apple Campus II in Cupertino (USA) or the Studio tower buildings in Warsaw. In addition to preparing facilities for construction and commercialization, he specializes in programming spaces to the requirements of specific client groups.
The new Managing Director succeeds Maximilian Mendel.
