Property Forum is proud to be joining Urban Land Institute (ULI) Poland, a global nonprofit organization of real estate professionals, as a Media Partner for its annual “Game Changers in the Real Estate World” conference for which the agenda has just been announced. The event will be held at the Raffles European Hotel in Warsaw on April 17-18, 2024.


The conference will present key issues affecting the development of cities and the real estate market, such as the impact of innovative technologies, artificial intelligence, decarbonization issues and social changes affecting real estate trends. The event will also celebrate the 10th anniversary of ULI Poland.

Among the key conference participants who will share their visions and experiences are:

  • Howard Saunders, a well-known retail market futurist,
  • Antony Slumbers, an expert on artificial intelligence and proptech,
  • Dan Bucsa, Chief Economist for Central and Eastern Europe at UniCredit Bank AG,

Experts will share their insights on the latest technology trends and their impact on the way real estate is designed, built, managed and operated.

Highlighting best practices and how the real estate sector can contribute to global sustainability goals.
  • Social and Cultural Change: Analyze demographic, social and cultural changes and their impact on demand for residential, office, retail and other real estate. Discuss lifestyle trends, consumer preferences and new work patterns that are shaping demand for different types of real estate.
  • Innovations in design and construction: Discuss the latest trends and innovations in design, construction and property management. Present best practices in sustainable design, construction technologies, real estate lifecycle management, and adaptation to changing market and societal conditions.

These topics will form the basis for in-depth discussions and exchanges among conference participants, enabling them to gain valuable information and inspiration for further development in the real estate industry. New appointments

  • Colliers Hungary has appointed Balint Laszlo as Director and Head of Design & Build. Laszlo brings over a decade of expertise in technical project management and fit-out execution, with a specific focus on the office and industrial sectors. He previously served as Head of Fit Out at Futureal Group, where he managed project execution, technical delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. His professional background also includes site management and commercial leadership roles.
  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
