7R has started construction of a new facility in Pomerania. 7R City Park Gdańsk Airport I will ultimately provide three halls with a total area of about 40,500 sqm. Pekabex is the general contractor for the project.

The Czech government wants to involve the Czech National Development Bank (NRB) in the construction of affordable rental housing. The cabinet is also planning to amend the law on the State Fund for Investment Support (SFPI), which supports housing development in the Czech Republic. This is to support the government's commitment that up to 10,000 extra rental flats could be built per year by the end of the parliamentary term. HelloParks, a subsidiary of Futureal Group announced a fourth major industrial development in the Budapest logistics market. This time the firm will start construction on the southern outskirts of the Hungarian capital.
