Karimpol Polska is expanding its cooperation with CBRE. Starting in June 2024, CBRE’s Polish branch will be acting as the exclusive letting agent of Skyliner II office project.

“CBRE Poland is a proven partner and has supported us for years. The commitment and professionalism of the team was crucial in the leasing of the first phase of the Skyliner office project. The exclusive agreement for Skyliner II comes as a natural consequence of our positive cooperation. We are confident that the CBRE team with its expertise and experience will contribute to the success of the second tower of our Warsaw complex”, said Michał Orłowski, Director, Head of Leasing and Asset Management at Karimpol Polska.

Construction of Skyliner II began in February 2024. The second phase of the office complex at Daszyńskiego Roundabout is scheduled for completion at the end of 2026. The tower will have a height of 130 metres, 28 storeys and 24,000 sqm of leasable space. Retail and service outlets on the ground floor will span a total area of nearly 1,000 sqm. The standard office floor area will be approximately 1,300 sqm. In addition, garden terraces with a total area of nearly 900 sqm on the top floors will provide a green enclave in the heart of Warsaw’s Wola district with unique views of the city.

“Skyliner II fits perfectly with CBRE’s strategy to deliver innovative business solutions. We are excited to represent such a unique location. It is not only another step in the development of our company, but also proof of the trust we enjoy and our position as a leader in providing comprehensive consulting services", said Radosław Pawlak, CBRE Polska Head of Landlord Representation.

Karimpol Polska will apply for Outstanding BREEAM certification for Skyliner II. As with the first phase, the building is planned to be powered by renewable energy sources. The main contractor for the investment project is WARBUD S.A., and the architectural design is the responsibility of the APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio.
