Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG (pbb) has provided in total €40 million investment loan facilities to an office fund. The Kaprain Group has bought the Stýblův house in Prague on Wenceslas Square from the development company Sekyra Group, reports e15.cz. Kaprain has acquired the property with a building permit for reconstruction.

ZDR Investments has completed transactions worth CZK 1.8 billion in the first half of the year. It has increased the share of new investments in the group's funds by 80% year-on-year.
