Panattoni has fully let Panattoni Park Kielce within weeks of the project's completion. The final available space was taken as part of an expansion by an existing tenant, a logistics services operator, which increased its occupied area by nearly 3,300 sqm to around 8,000 sqm.
"The full letting of the newly completed park in such a short time confirms the significant potential of the warehouse market in the Świętokrzyskie region. Kielce is clearly strengthening its position on Poland's logistics map. This is due both to the city's favourable location at the crossroads of key transport routes and to the growing activity of companies seeking modern premises outside the main markets," said Dorota Jagodzińska-Sasson, Managing Director at Panattoni.
Panattoni Park Kielce is the first Class A industrial park developed in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The scheme comprises four buildings with a total area of approximately 66,000 sqm. The final phase, a hall of over 13,000 sqm, was handed over in May this year and has been designed in accordance with sustainable construction principles, with BREEAM certification pending.
The park is situated approximately 6 km from Kielce city centre, near the Kielce Zachód junction connecting the S7 expressway with national road No. 74, providing connections to Warsaw, Kraków and other major economic centres.
