MPC Properties has sold CBRE Immo Outlet Center in Belgrade to PFT Celanova for an undisclosed sum.

cargo-partner has extended and expanded its lease at MLP Pruszków II, increasing its warehouse space to 14,400 sqm. The logistics provider, a tenant of MLP Group since 2006, added 1,600 sqm to its current lease of 12,800 sqm. The transaction was facilitated by Renthis.

A coalition of over 10,000 hotels across Europe has initiated a class‑action lawsuit in the Netherlands against Booking.com, alleging that the platform’s now‑banned “best price” or rate parity clauses violated EU competition law between 2004 and 2024.
