CTP has delivered a 56,000 sqm distribution centre for LPP Logistics at CTPark Bucharest West, completing the project in under a year from the signing of the lease agreement. The facility is now operational and will support LPP Group's supply chain across South-Eastern Europe, serving stores in Romania, Bulgaria and Greece, as well as the continued growth of the fashion brand Sinsay. Situated adjacent to LPP Logistics' e-commerce fulfilment centre opened in late 2025, the two buildings together form a logistics hub handling both bricks-and-mortar retail and online orders.

The distribution centre is designed to support simultaneous deliveries to more than 450 stores, with infrastructure in place for future capacity increases. The facility incorporates automation technologies for transporting, sorting and preparing goods, alongside a double-layer and single-layer jointless floor system built to TR34 FM1/DM1 standards. Sustainability features include a greywater recovery system, LED lighting, water and air treatment systems, and a roof structure designed to maximise natural daylight. The building has received an A-class energy performance certificate and is being assessed for BREEAM Outstanding certification.

"Delivering a 56,000 sqm distribution centre within such a short timeframe reflects the strength of our integrated development model and the value of long-term partnerships," said Andrei Marian, Business Development Director at CTP Romania. He added that the expansion forms part of a distribution centre that, upon completion, will comprise a total of 215,000 sqm.

CTPark Bucharest West is located near Bucharest with direct access to the A1 motorway and connections to the Port of Constanța. CTP describes the park as the largest industrial park in Central and Eastern Europe, with a portfolio of 14.7 million sqm of gross leasable area across 11 countries as of 31 March 2026.
