THR, the public company controlled by Transilvania Investments Alliance, has sold the Balada Hotel, in Saturn resort, to a Romanian buyer for €6.1 million.
The hotel was sold during a public auction to Energo Util, the firm controlled by Victor Zamfir.
The sale included the building and the land, according to a notification sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
The hotel is 14-storey high and includes 283 rooms.
THR has a market capitalization of RON 122 million (€24.5 million). Since the beginning of 2025, the shares have increased by 8% on transactions of RON 36 million (€7.2 million).
