The new facility features co-working spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, and creative areas, catering to both established companies and startups across various sectors, including engineering, chemicals, services, trade, and tourism. The complex also offers a variety of amenities, such as restaurants, cafés, shops, green recreational areas, and healthcare services.

The partnership with the building's owner was formed to maximise the return on the real estate by capitalising on the rapidly expanding demand for hybrid working.
