The Luxent Group, whose main pillar is the real estate agency Luxent – Exclusive Properties, has established a qualified investor fund, Luxent Fund SICAV registered by the Czech National Bank, with a real estate sub-fund.

More than 2.6 million sqm of industrial and logistics space was delivered across Poland in 2024. At the end of 2024, there were more than 22,300 units in the PRS sector in Poland, of which around 26% were brought to market last year. In terms of project supply, Warsaw's dominance is evident. The sector is expected to grow to over 35,000 units in the next three years. Skanska has finalised an agreement to sell the first phase of its Equilibrium office complex in Bucharest to the Gordiusz Private Equity Fund, managed by Gránit Asset Management, for €52 million.

Accolade will deliver another BTS facility for one of the Poland’s largest private courier operators. The warehouse will cover 11,400 sqm and will be part of Panattoni Park Lublin IV, where Accolade already owns two buildings totaling 52,000 sqm.
