According to a survey by Cushman & Wakefield tracking new entries for 11 years, 47 brands have entered the Czech market in 2024. This is the highest number of brands to enter the Czech market, compared to 40 in 2023.

Hungarian developer and investor Biggeorge Property Plc has purchased a 35,000 sqm development land plot in Budapest, from ECE, for an undisclosed sum.

Duna House published its estimates for December 2024, which show that 10,231 residential properties changed hands in Hungary and HUF 105 billion in contracted housing mortgage loans were realised. Panattoni has finalized the sale of one of its Silesian investments. Generali Fond Realit (a part of Generali Group) purchased Panattoni Park Zabrze II on behalf of a fund under its management. The price has not been disclosed.
