YIT has started selling units in the second phase of the Toivo Roztyly residential project in Prague. The developer is collaborating with the RSJ investment group on the project.

The Toivo Roztyly II project will consist of four buildings with one underground floor and five to six above-ground floors. They will include a total of 116 apartments ranging in size from 29 to 120 sqm in various layouts. The design includes a controlled ventilation system with heat recovery, preparation for outdoor shading, LED lighting in common areas, efficient water management, green retention roofs, charging stations for electric vehicles and bicycle racks on the ground floor.

The four apartment buildings follow on from the first phase of construction, which is nearly sold out, and expand the housing offer in the Roztyly area of Prague.

The construction of the second phase began in the spring of this year, and completion is planned for early 2027. The whole project of 204 apartments is being developed in cooperation with the RSJ investment group. The latter previously implemented the Vesi Hostivař project together with YIT, and now the cooperation continues on the Kalevala project in Brno on the border of the Vinohrady and Židenice city districts.
