YIT has completed the base building construction of the tenth phase of Tampere, which is being built in the Suomi Hloubětín complex in Prague 9. The apartment building is offering 68 units and 5 commercial spaces.
The base building, including the supporting structures, roofs and external walls, has been completed. Work is currently underway on internal wiring, such as electrical installations, water supply and sewage systems, while interior plastering and other related construction work are being prepared.
The high-rise building is located in the renovated central Alvar Aalto Square, into which the commercial spaces on the ground floor will be oriented. The design of the apartment building is divided into two sections - the main high-rise building with 13 above-ground floors and the side part with 4 above-ground floors. The building also has two underground floors.
Currently, less than half of the apartments remain for purchase. The developer expects the building to be completed by the end of 2025. New residents should then move in in the first half of 2026.
