YIT has completed the base building of the third phase of the Ranta Barrandov residential project in Prague 5. The project is on track for completion in the second quarter of 2026.
This phase offers 57 residential units ranging from 30 to 84 sqm, of which less than half are currently available for purchase.
The developer incorporated into the design underfloor heating, a local heat recovery unit, triple-glazed windows, a smart home system and preparation for exterior screen blinds. Air conditioning will be installed on the top floors. The buildings will include a bike and dog washing room, a stroller room, and three retail units.
In accordance with the principles of sustainable construction, YIT is installing photovoltaic panels and will use heat pumps as the main source of heat. The project also includes LED lighting and charging infrastructure for electric vehicles – both private wall chargers (so-called wallboxes) and public charging stations will be available, and a green retention roof system.
The developer intends to equip small apartments with kitchen cabinets, including appliances. As Dana Bartoňová, Sales Director at YIT Stavo, revealed, the developer was already preparing the expansion of the project into its fourth phase.
