YIT has completed its residential project Sija Kamýk in Prague 12, featuring ecological and energy-efficient elements. The residential building on the corner of Hodkovická and Mariánská streets comprises 122 units with areas from 30 to 116 sqm.

Most apartments have balconies, terraces or front gardens. The units feature triple-glazed windows, preparation for window blinds, and some are ventilated using recuperation units, with air conditioning preparation in penultimate floor apartments.

"We observed great interest in the Sija Kamýk project during construction and all residential units were sold before completion. We see this as confirmation that our projects meet people's expectations for modern, quality and comfortable living that is also economical and ecological," said Dana Bartoňová, commercial director of YIT Stavo.

Residents can spend leisure time in the private inner courtyard with seating and facilities for washing bikes or dogs. In cooperation with Prague 12, YIT revitalized the public inner courtyard with a park, children's playground and workout zone.

The ten-storey building features LED lighting, water-saving fixtures, retention tanks for collecting rainwater for plant irrigation, and photovoltaics contributing to reduced electricity consumption and CO2 emissions.
