Knight Frank has been selected as the property manager of the building at Na Ostatnim Groszu Street, which is owned by Echo Investment. The office building with an area of over 21,000 square metres is the first stage constructed as part of the West 4 Business HUB office complex in Wrocław.


West 4 Business HUB is a modern, four-stage office complex situated in the business district of Wrocław at Na Ostatnim Groszu Street. The completed first stage comprises Building A, which offers more than 15,600 square metres of leasable space (the total floor area of the building is more than 21,000 square metres). Lessees with cars can take advantage of the underground and surface-level car parks as well as electric car charging stations. Those who commute by bicycle can use the specially prepared racks. The office building will feature a cafeteria and green relaxation zones; moreover, a medical centre, a shopping mall and additional commercial and service outlets can be found in the immediate vicinity. The location near National Road 5 makes it easy to commute by car, and users of public transport have numerous tram and bus routes at their disposal. The first stage was BREEAM-certified in the investment phase.

  • Froo Romania, a subsidiary of the Żabka Group, has relocated its HQ to the Bucharest-based Hermes Business Campus. The retailer secured around 2,900 sqm of office space in a transaction facilitated by Colliers.

The retailer further bolstered its Silesian presence with a 500 sqm location at Pogoria Shopping Centre and a new opening at CH Platan, significantly increasing its total floor space across Poland.

New appointments

  • Avison Young has promoted Bartłomiej Krzyżak and Marcin Purgal to the roles of Co-Heads of the Investment Department in Poland. Krzyżak, previously Senior Director, brings 18 years of commercial real estate experience, having joined Avison Young in 2017. Purgal, also a former Senior Director and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), transitions into the co-head role with 23 years of experience in the CEE commercial markets.
  • Avison Young has strengthened its Polish leadership with three senior promotions. Patryk Błach ascends to Associate Director within the Investment Advisory Department. Kamil Głowienka has been named Senior Project Manager. Furthermore, Katarzyna Uzar becomes a Valuation and Innovation Specialist, tasked with integrating technological solutions and coordinating global departmental projects.
  • Katarzyna Myjak has joined Axi Immo as Senior Business Advisory Manager, tasked with strengthening the company’s Industrial & Logistics business line.
