The pan-European real estate investment manager will invest in the logistics sector in partnership with White Star Real Estate.

White Star Logistics, a joint venture between White Star Real Estate and Bain Capital Credit, is commencing the development of a 55,000 sqm logistics center in Raszyn. Within the investment, whose commercialization began at the beginning of the year, three buildings will be constructed in stages. 

Cain International, the privately held investment firm operating in the United States and Europe, and its local development partner, White Star Real Estate, have secured a €36 million financing facility from PKO BP, for the delivery of The Park Kraków office complex.

Property developer White Star Real Estate says it has obtained the building permit for Liberty Residential, which will be integrated in Cluj Napoca-based Liberty Technology Park.

These areas are in high demand for warehousing, light industrial uses and from the ever-growing e-commerce market. The total area of both projects will be approximately 120,000 sqm.

The Tristar project, a joint venture between Tristan EPISO 4 and White Star Real Estate gets new tenants in its warehouses in Poland. The company is also focusing on signing lease renewals with key tenants.

On 20 May, owners Tristan Capital Partners and White Star Real Estate opened the retail part of the Elektrownia Powiśle mixed-use project in Warsaw to the public.

White Star Real Estate and its partner, an investment fund of a major US university have completed the acquisition of Liberty Technology Park Cluj from Fribourg Development, the real estate division of Fribourg Capital. Liberty Technology Park comprises 18,000 sqm of former industrial buildings. The five Class A office buildings are BREEAM certified. Located north of the city, the park has a number of IT&C and R&D tenants, such as Siemens, IBM, Majorel and Altran.
