White Star Logistics, a joint venture between White Star Real Estate and Bain Capital Credit, will build a 30,000 sqm logistics and manufacturing park in Łodź. The complex will consist of two buildings, the first of which will be commissioned in the first half of 2023. This is another investment of White Star Logistics, which was announced in recent months - after warehouse parks in Raszyn, Nowy Konik and Toruń. 

The pan-European real estate investment manager will invest in the logistics sector in partnership with White Star Real Estate.

White Star Logistics, a joint venture between White Star Real Estate and Bain Capital Credit, is commencing the development of a 55,000 sqm logistics center in Raszyn. Within the investment, whose commercialization began at the beginning of the year, three buildings will be constructed in stages. 

Cain International, the privately held investment firm operating in the United States and Europe, and its local development partner, White Star Real Estate, have secured a €36 million financing facility from PKO BP, for the delivery of The Park Kraków office complex.

Property developer White Star Real Estate says it has obtained the building permit for Liberty Residential, which will be integrated in Cluj Napoca-based Liberty Technology Park.

These areas are in high demand for warehousing, light industrial uses and from the ever-growing e-commerce market. The total area of both projects will be approximately 120,000 sqm.

The Tristar project, a joint venture between Tristan EPISO 4 and White Star Real Estate gets new tenants in its warehouses in Poland. The company is also focusing on signing lease renewals with key tenants.

On 20 May, owners Tristan Capital Partners and White Star Real Estate opened the retail part of the Elektrownia Powiśle mixed-use project in Warsaw to the public.
