Patrizia has sold Le Palais, a multi-let mixed-use asset in Warsaw, Poland, on behalf of institutional clients to the Generali Europe Income Holding (GEIH) fund managed by Generali Real Estate SGR.

JLL has been appointed the exclusive agent responsible for the lease of the Lakeside office building. The investment project is owned by the Belgian real estate development company Atenor.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as letting agent on Atrium 2 in Warsaw. The office building is in the asset portfolio of German investment fund HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-GmbH, which is represented by its asset manager for Poland, MFC Real Estate.

The Museum of Modern Art (MSN) in Warsaw is to lease 2,000 sqm of space in the Hillwood Warszawa Targówek warehouse investment. JLL represented the MSN during the negotiations.

The International WELL Building Institute™ (IWBI) has confirmed that the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express Warsaw - The HUB and conference centre located in The Warsaw HUB complex have been awarded the WELL Health-Safety Rating. They are the first hotels in Europe to receive this certification. Since July last year, nearly 12 thousand objects all over the world have been trying to obtain this certification. As a result, the entire complex of The Warsaw HUB meets the stringent security requirements against COVID-19.

After 48 months, the construction of Warsaw UNIT has ended. Ghelamco's newest skyscraper has already got the occupancy permit. The first tenants will be moving in soon.

At the end of April 2021 Adgar Poland bought the building of PDT Wola. With an area of almost 10 thousand square meters, the structure is located in the middle of the historical Wola and for years has been one of the most important points on the architectural map of the district. More and more tenants are moving into the recently completed office building in the project of My Place. The second and last office building belonging to the multifunctional project developed by Echo Investment in Warsaw's Dolny Mokotów has become a new location for companies from different industries such as technology, finance, beauty and creative sector i.e. marketing and advertising. KAN, ArsThanea, Synektik, Networks! or Bozza have joined Echo's list of tenants.
