At the end of April 2021 Adgar Poland bought the building of PDT Wola. With an area of almost 10 thousand square meters, the structure is located in the middle of the historical Wola and for years has been one of the most important points on the architectural map of the district. Part of the building will be destined for the Brain Embassy – providing coworking space, offices, private spaces for companies, and conference and training rooms.

Logistics parks offering space that can be flexibly tailored to the needs of smaller tenants are increasingly high on the agenda of industrial developers, especially on the Warsaw market, according to Tomasz Bulej, Junior Negotiator at  Cushman & Wakefield.

More and more tenants are moving into the recently completed office building in the project of My Place. The second and last office building belonging to the multifunctional project developed by Echo Investment in Warsaw's Dolny Mokotów has become a new location for companies from different industries such as technology, finance, beauty and creative sector i.e. marketing and advertising. KAN, ArsThanea, Synektik, Networks! or Bozza have joined Echo's list of tenants.

HB Reavis has delivered the campus-style buildings of Forest, a project focused on incorporating natural elements and greenery into the urban scape of Poland's capital. Along with it, the company topped out the 120-metre-tall Forest tower.  

Construction of two 95-metre Towarowa Towers located on Prosta Street in Warsaw's city centre is starting. It is another investment by Asbud Group near Daszyńskiego Roundabout.

In 2020, applications for building permits in Warsaw were pouring in, says Walter Herz. According to the Permits for the Construction of Office Buildings Warsaw 2016-2020 report, last year brought over a 40% increase in the number of filed applications for building permits for facilities offering office space in Warsaw, compared to the previous year.

Zing, the largest paper distributor in Poland, has signed a lease agreement for 20,800 sqm in the multi-let facility at Panattoni Park Warszawa-Konotopa III. Experts from JLL advised Zing on the processes of selecting the location and negotiation of lease terms. 

Warsaw's office sector saw the lowest volume of space under construction in 11 years along with relatively low tenant activity. However, the business services sector provides hope for the future. JLL has summarised the situation in the Warsaw office market at the end of the first quarter of 2021.

7R has acquired land for two new last mile projects in Warsaw locations. The first will be built on Osmańska Street, near Chopin Airport, and the second - on Rzeczna Street in Targówek. 

Wołoska 24, an office building developed by Ghelamco has a new owner. It is a Czech investment fund, ZFP realitní Fond, managed by ZFP Investments which is a subsidiary of Slovakia's IAD Investments. The value of the transaction amounted to over €60 million.
