Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed as the leasing agent for office space in Karolkowa Business Park, located in Warsaw’s Wola district.

Karolkowa Business Park, completed in 2015, is a class A office building with 18,500 sq m of leasable space spread over 11 floors. It seamlessly blends a modern glass façade and elements of a renovated former factory. Karolkowa Business Park is a smart building boasting a BREEAM certificate with an Excellent rating awarded for its latest sustainable solutions, including selective glazing which creates a comfortable work environment with an optimal temperature level and appropriate lighting.

The office building is located in the heart of Warsaw’s new business centre, at the junction of Karolkowa and Grzybowska streets, close to the Warsaw Uprising Museum. The very centre of the city can be reached in minutes by car and public transport, including by metro from the nearby Rondo Daszyńskiego station.

“Karolkową Business Park stands out among other office buildings in Wola on account of its post-industrial architecture. It also provides numerous on-site amenities including ample parking spaces and access to a wide range of service and retail outlets. The property also features green terraces on its rooftop which underline its sustainability credentials and can be accessed by all the tenants of the office building,” says Monika Wakulska, Associate Director, Landlord Representation, Office Agency, Savills.

Karolkowa Business Park is the second property in Savills portfolio with asset management provided by M&A Capital. In October 2021, Savills was reappointed to commercialise office space in Crown Square, which is also located in the Wola district - at ul. Przyokopowa 31.
