Polski Holding Nieruchomości concluded an agreement with PERN on leasing office space in INTRACO Prime located in Warsaw’s Muranów district. PERN will lease two floors of the 8-storey Class A office building, which is scheduled for commissioning in early 2022.

Savills Investment Management has completed the disposal of Marynarska Point I, an office property located in Warsaw to an investment fund managed by Adventum Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The 46-month revitalization of the Norblin Factory in Warsaw's Wola district, carried out by Capital Park Group, has come to an end. The complex has been granted an occupancy permit. At the investment site, preparations are currently underway to open the first concepts, which will be gradually unveiled to future visitors over the next few months.

Adventum Investment Fund Management has completed the first close of its latest Fund, Fund V (Penta) in August 2021. The investor acquired the Marynarska Point I office building in Warsaw from Savills Investment Management.

Penta Investments group has sold a building plot of 6,500 square meters in Warsaw for almost €25 million. The plot in the Wola district was bought by Lincoln Property Company together with the investment group ENERN. They plan to build an office building with 30,000 meters of leasable area on a plot with the availability of public transport.

Aareal Bank announced the closing of a financing agreement with developer Ghelamco Group at the end of the second quarter of 2021. As sole agent, arranger and lender, Aareal Bank is providing a senior loan in the amount of €312.5 million to the family-owned real estate group, which is mainly active in the office, residential, retail, leisure and logistics markets.

Building B at the Warsaw Spark complex and Generation Park Z are the next Skanska office buildings which have received the WELL Core & Shell certificate at the Gold level from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). This is the fourth and fifth Skanska project certified in Central and Eastern Europe.

Poland’s largest cities only slightly adjust their planned investments due to the lower earnings caused by COVID-19. Similarly, zoning development plans are also not slowing down - as seen in talks between Urban Land Institute Poland (ULI Poland) and five cities involved in the project, “Around the city in 8 questions”. The series of discussions is expected to continue into the Fall, with another three meetings already planned.

A location between two metro stations - Rondo ONZ and Rondo Daszyńskiego, characteristic Xs in the architecture of the ground floor. These are just some of the distinguishing features of the new Skanska project in Warsaw. Studio, the newest Skanska office complex, the construction of which starts on Prosta Street, will provide a total lease area of approx. 43,000 sqm GLA. This is yet another project of the Swedish developer in the business district in Warsaw.

Malthouse Offices, the biggest office building of the Warsaw Brewery complex, as well as the historic Malthouse were acquired by Deka Immobilien, an international investment and asset manager. The buildings were sold for approximately €152.3 million.
