Apollo Rida has extended its cooperation with Savills and appointed the firm as its sole leasing agent for office space in Jerozolimskie Business Park in Warsaw.

Savills will assist the owner of Jerozolimskie Business Park in leasing the office space in the complex - the second business park which Apollo Rida instructed the firm to deliver on. In late 2021, Savills was appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for office space in Equal Business Park in Krakow.

Jerozolimskie Business Park is an office complex comprising four buildings at 146 Jerozolimskie Avenue, an important thoroughfare in Warsaw. It offers approximately 16,000 sqm of leasable office space in buildings set in a green zone full of trees and shrubs. The complex provides ample surface and underground parking spaces. The buildings also feature numerous amenities for cyclists such as lockers, showers and new parking spaces. Other tenant facilities include small serviced offices, conference rooms, a modern canteen and an elegant reception lobby with a lounge, public wi-fi and a library.

“Office locations in western Warsaw, along Jerozolimskie Avenue, are an excellent combination of easy access to the centre and competitive rental rates. Jerozolimskie Business Park is an attractive option for companies which are driven by these criteria in the selection of office location and value high-quality office space,” says Lidia Malec, Associate, Landlord Representation, Office Agency, Savills.

“The complex was fully refurbished a few years ago to give it an even more elegant look and install efficient technological solutions significantly improving the work environment in the buildings. The property has for many years been home to many reputable companies that value its proximity to the Warsaw Commuter Railway (WKD) station and Warsaw West train station. And the two nearby shopping centres provide a vast array of services and F&B options,” says Rafał Nowicki, CEO, Apollo-Rida Poland.
