Skanska starts construction of Warsaw office complex

These are just some of the distinguishing features of the new Skanska project in Warsaw. Studio, the newest Skanska office complex, the construction of which starts on Prosta Street, will provide a total lease area of approx. 43,000 sqm GLA. This is yet another project of the Swedish developer in the business district in Warsaw.

Panattoni builds another huge complex near Warsaw

Panattoni has turned its focus back onto the Warsaw market. In a strategic location – close to the planned New Central Polish Airport – Panattoni Park Błonie III is now under construction. The investment with an area of more than 90,000 sqm has already started and has its first tenant: logistics operator GTFL, which specialises in full truckload and international transportation. The company will consolidate the space it currently occupies in the country at the end of this year, when it will move into its newly leased 7,700 sqm premises. It was represented by consultancy Cresa Polska for this transaction.

Commerz Real leases 12,000 sqm to Warsaw’s Municipal Office

Warsaw’s Municipal Office has leased 12,000 square metres in the recently completed Widok Towers in Warsaw. The Technical City Hall will occupy ten of the total of 28 stories in the future. The high-rise complex, which was developed by Austria’s S+B Gruppe, has been owned by the Commerz Real open-ended real estate fund hausInvest since 2014.

New leases

  • Engineering company Sanborn will relocate its production capacities to the new Aventin Business Park industrial complex as of August 2026. The company will lease nearly 8,000 sqm of premium space at the site. The long-term lease was brokered by Savills.
  • Scandinavian retailer JYSK has leased 1,000 sqm in Lemon Retail Park. In this transaction, Colliers represented the Synergy group, the developer and owner of Lemon Retail Park.
  • Romanian InSpace Engineering (RISE) has leased a 1,000 sqm space in the Bucharest-based Central Business Park building, in a deal brokered by Esop Consulting.

New appointments

  • Nhood has appointed Mihaela Petruescu as the new Country Director for Property Services Romania & Poland as of October. She previously held leadership positions at large real estate firms, such as Cushman & Wakefield Echinox and CBRE Romania.
  • Daniel Orczyk has been named Senior Project Manager at the technical advisory department of Avison Young in Poland. He is a licensed structural engineer and building site manager with over 20 years of experience.
  • Łukasz Meisner has joined Peakside Capital Advisors as Head of Project Management. He will be responsible for the management of Peakside's investment projects in Poland, including overseeing the implementation of key investments within the City Point, Urban Parks, and Peakside Industrial logistics platforms.
