Adventum Investment Fund Management, the CEE-focused real estate investment manager, has completed the second close of its latest fund, Penta in October 2021. The second acquisition of the Fund is the Mercedes Benz Headquarters in Warsaw which was developed in 2004 by the Daimler Group.

AstraZeneca Pharma Poland has decided to stay in the building for another 5 years and lease an additional 3,000 sqm of modern workspace. Consequently, the seat of AstraZeneca Pharma Poland in Warsaw will amount to ca. 21,000 sqm, which represents more than 60% of the building’s entire area.

Companies have signed more new leases agreements and are keen to use ''flex'' spaces before taking up their target office space. Insurance company Warta has just moved into the skyscraper, developed by Ghelamco near Daszyńśkiego roundabout in Warsaw.

The office building Moje Miejsce I, which is part of the multifunctional "destination” project in Warsaw's Dolny Mokotów district, will change its owner. Echo Investment sells it for €47.3 million to an institutional investor operating on the real estate market. The office building is almost fully leased to reputable tenants and has been awarded BREEAM environmental certificate with a Very Good rating.
