Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed as property manager for Widok Towers, the most centrally located skyscraper in Warsaw. The mandate follows many years of cooperation with German Commerz Real AG, the owner of the property, on Tulipan House and Millennium Park A.

German developer Trei Real Estate has opened its thirtieth Vendo Park retail park in Poland. It is located in Otwock, in the south-eastern outskirts of Warsaw.

The first six months of 2022 saw record results for the office market in Warsaw. During H1 2022, as much as 479,400 sqm was leased, making it the best ever H1 performance for the capital city’s market. GTV, an international distributor of furniture accessories and LED lighting, has signed a lease for another 32,000 sqm of space at MLP Pruszków II. Solida Capital and Xior have formed a joint venture in Poland to jointly develop student housing projects. The first investment will be a student dormitory located in the Old Town area of the capital, close to the University of Warsaw campus.
