Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed to manage Nefryt and Topaz buildings located in Warsaw's Mokotów district.

Nefryt and Topaz are class A office buildings situated near Domaniewska Street, in the immediate vicinity of the Galeria Mokotów shopping centre. Designed on an asymmetrical H plan, the buildings boast a unique architectural design and attractive common areas including winter gardens and green internal courtyards. Together they offer more than 27,000 sqm of office space.

“Nefryt and Topaz are the ninth and tenth building that Cushman & Wakefield has taken under management for one client. This mandate is a great honour and testament to the high quality of our services and a culmination of our business relationship so far. With our pre-developed standards and procedures, we are able to take over property management of the buildings very swiftly and adapt to our client’s expectations within a short timeframe,” says Grzegorz Dyląg, Head of Asset Services Business Space, Cushman & Wakefield.

Both Nefryt and Topaz have received the BREEAM In-Use certificate with an Excellent rating in Asset and Management for their high-efficiency scores in management, sustainability, water and energy consumption.

“Nefryt and Topaz feature a high standard, modern technologies, smart solutions and flexible arrangements. The two buildings are truly remarkable and we are, therefore, more than pleased to have them in our property management portfolio,” says Bożena Jurek, Senior Property Manager, Cushman & Wakefield.
