Munich-based Arcona Capital and Warsaw-listed Reino Capital have finalised terms for a strategic partnership to establish a pan-European investment platform. The collaboration leverages Arcona's operational presence in Prague and its roots in the Czech market to provide institutional investors with a vehicle for cross-border real estate investment.

Cavatina sold last year over 1,400 residential units and raised over €500 million in external capital, including nearly €200 million from London-based fund Fidera Vecta.

A consortium of four banks has extended HB Reavis' long-term investment financing facility of €200 million for the Forest office campus in Warsaw. The agreement runs until the end of 2031 and was secured on terms.

The Czech investment group SCF has completed the acquisition of Janki Retail Park in Warsaw, located next to the shopping centre of the same name that SCF has owned for two years. The seller was LCP Poland, part of M Core.

Polish developer Echo Group has strengthened its liquidity framework in the first quarter of 2026, capitalising on the divestment of fully leased commercial assets. The capital raised from these sales will directly fund the company's pipeline of new office developments in central Warsaw. At the end of Q1, Echo Group reported total assets of PLN 6.5 billion (€1.53 billion).

Studentspace, a student housing platform, has secured PLN 215.8 million (approximately €50 million) in financing from PKO Bank Polski. The financing will support the development of two Studentspace projects in Warsaw, including the investment at Wołoska Street, which together will deliver approximately 1,100 student beds.

Speedwell Development has acquired a development site in Warsaw's Targówek district from European Logistics Investment (ELI). The developer plans to build premium Small Business Units (SBU) under the SpacePlus brand, expanding one of Warsaw's retail destinations with modern commercial infrastructure.
