The institutional private rented sector (PRS) is becoming an important part of the Polish residential market, recording supply growth and attracting both domestic and international capital, according to a report by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

Czech real estate fund Wood & Company has bought the Royal Wilanów complex in Warsaw from Capital Park Group, in a deal worth more than €100 million. The building offers 37,000 sqm of lettable space and is fully commercialised.

European Logistics Investment (Eli) has finalised a lease renewal and expansion at its Warsaw Airport Park in Janki with Rohlig Suus Logistics. Under the agreement, Rohlig Suus Logistics extended its lease for the next 15 years and will expand to approximately 48,000 sqm, consolidating operations and becoming the sole occupier of the park's north building.

GTC signed new or extended lease agreements covering 31,800 sqm in its two shopping centres in Warsaw and Częstochowa during 2025. The majority of transactions comprised lease renewals and expansions by existing tenants, confirming the properties' appeal.

Cavare has signed an agreement to sell the Palio C project on Jana z Kolna Street in Gdańsk to Urban Partners, formerly known as Nrep.
