The Savarin project by Crestyl Development Group has received a valid zoning decision, enabling the reconstruction of the courtyard in the vicinity of Prague's Wenceslas Square.

The Savarin project includes the reconstruction of existing historical buildings, but also the creation of a completely new public space with greenery. It consists of four interconnected, yet separate parts, each of which will have its own character. The historical riding school building will become the centrepiece, around which a new quiet square with a garden, cafes and restaurants will be created in the courtyard.

Savarin will also include a mixed-use space intended primarily for cultural and social events or a new entrance to the metro. A passage with shops and services will be located in the block of three buildings facing Wenceslas Square.

"We are pleased that we have now managed to obtain a zoning permit. We are now fully engaged in preparing the documents for the construction procedure. We expect that we will be able to start the construction itself next year and thus complete the entire project and open it to the public in 2029," says Simon Johnson, CEO of the Crestyl Group.
