ITB development is changing the plans of the fourth phase in the Čerešne residential district, YIMBA.sk reports. The original intention has included a hotel or an accommodation facility with hotel apartments Čerešne Inn. Now it is being converted into apartment living. 

The National Highway Company has submitted to the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic a request for the issuance of a certificate of strategic investment for the construction of the D4 highway in the Bratislava-Rača - Bratislava-Záhorská Bystrica section.

The first half of 2024 has seen CEE investment volumes increase by ca. 29% YoY. According to preliminary results, this is contrary to European and Global results, where activity is still subdued.
