Developer Immocap has confirmed the acquisition of the plot right in front of the railway station Bratislava - Nové Mesto, Yimba.sk reports. The previous owner, Merius, has planned to build the Semiramis residential project on this exposed land between the station and the Kuchajda Lake.

The building use approval of the first stage of the Vydrica district in Bratislava is approaching, and the construction of the Vydrica Offices building is also progressing. The building has already reached its full height.

The transaction involves a production hall with an area of nearly 9,000 sqm. The buyer is ZDR Investments, an investment real estate fund. This is already the second acquisition for the fund. The fund enables the general public to invest in industrial real estate intended for light manufacturing and logistics.
