Developer Immocap has confirmed the acquisition of the plot right in front of the railway station Bratislava - Nové Mesto, Yimba.sk reports. The previous owner, Merius, has planned to build the Semiramis residential project on this exposed land between the station and the Kuchajda Lake.

Cushman & Wakefield Slovakia has announced the successful sale & leaseback of Semecs's production facility in Vráble, Slovakia. The transaction involves a production hall with an area of nearly 9,000 sqm. The buyer is ZDR Investments, an investment real estate fund. This is already the second acquisition for the fund. The fund enables the general public to invest in industrial real estate intended for light manufacturing and logistics.

Developer Lucron is launching the sale of apartments in a new stage of its residential project on the outskirts of Bratislava - Nesto Prime. Low-rise buildings in the middle of existing greenery are comprising 60 apartments.
