Czech BHM group continues its purchases in Slovakia. This time, according to Seznamzpravy.cz, the holding bought a logistics and production complex called Trenčín Industrial Park used by automotive suppliers. The group did not publish the price of the transaction. 

Roughly 280 apartments, but also new amenities. These are the two basic parameters of the R66 multifunctional complex from development company Corwin. The company has built and managed the Guthaus project in its neighbourhood on Račianska Street. A logistics complex is to be built in Bratislava's Petržalka district, which will create jobs for approximately 623 employees. This follows from the plan called Garbe Park Bratislava City, which the investor - the company SK5 Logimac - has submitted for environmental impact assessment (EIA). The estimated investment costs are approximately €30 million, writes the news portal of the Press Agency of the Slovak Republic TERAZ.SK. 

GalCap Europe has secured a new mandate to manage and reposition the Pressburg Trade Center in the Slovakian capital of Bratislava, the company announced on its LinkedIn page. 

Kaufland intends to significantly reduce CO2 emissions in the future in the construction of new stores. Therefore, the retailer is currently testing various alternatives to materials such as concrete and steel at pilot locations. In Bratislava, the company is opening the largest timber store in Slovakia. In Tuttlingen, Baden-Württemberg, a store is being built using recycled building materials including items such as walls, the facade, and the parking lot.

Synapsis Property Ventures, a boutique investment company that makes private investments in development projects in Slovakia, bought two real estate projects in Bratislava last year. They are Hotel Campus near Železná studienky and Knižkova family houses in the Rača district. The current total amount of the company's private equity investments is approximately €12 million, Synapsis announced. 

Alto Real Estate has just unveiled an international architectural and urban design competition. This competition is aimed at developing an area in the emerging heart of Bratislava. Both local and international architects now have an opportunity to contribute to the development of a site close to the Sky Park by Zaha Hadid, which has come to symbolize modern Bratislava.

Four more apartment buildings are to be built in the vicinity of Bratislava's Bory Hospital and the Bory Promenade residential phase. Penta Real Estate wants to build more than 300 flats there and therefore intends to submit the relevant documentation to the permit authorities in September, according to the Hospodarske noviny daily quoted by Reality.trend.sk. The developer plans to start construction in 2026.
