The completion of Garbe Green Park Piešťany in Slovakia is close as Garbe has secured a third loan for the finalisation. The loan from Oberbank is in the volume of €14.6 million.
Garbe Green Park Piešťany has secured a third loan from the financing bank Oberbank already to finish the completion of the park. The final volume of the loan is €14.6 million accounting for 65 percent of the project's costs.
“Both buildings of 28,000 sqm in total were completed fully leased while we started the first one with only 30 percent prelease and the second fully speculatively, “said Martin Polák from Garbe.
