Skanska has sold the second building of the Equilibrium office complex in Bucharest to Magyar Posta Takarék Real Estate Investment Fund (MPTIA), a public real estate fund managed by Gránit Asset Management.

Skanska has agreed to sell the Port7 office complex in Prague's Holešovice district to AFI Group, in a deal worth CZK 3.16 billion (approximately €130 million).

Skanska has sold the second phase of Wrocław's Centrum Południe office complex to Investika Real Estate Fund in joint venture with Bud Holdings for €62 million. The deal marks Investika's second acquisition from the developer after P180 in Warsaw.

Skanska has begun construction of Nowy Rynek C, the final part of a modern office complex in central Poznań. The building will be Poland's first commercial office building with net-zero CO₂ emissions at operational level and will be completely independent from the city's district heating network.

Skanska’s Warsaw office development – P180 – has been sold to Investika Real Estate Fund and its joint-venture partner, BUD Holdings. The P180 office building, located next to the Wilanowska metro station, offers 32,000 sqm of high-standard office space.
