Skanska has opened the 27,000 sqm first phase of the H2Offices complex on Budapest's Váci Road office corridor. Construction of the second phase may start in H2 2023, with the third and final to be handed over in 2026 or 2027.
In Prague 7, Skanska is preparing the first office project in the Czech Republic which is being built on the principle of the circular economy. The Mercury project is being built with materials from demolished buildings and will have 20,000 sqm of premium office and retail space.

Skanska is now planning to invest more than CZK 1 billion (€41 million) in the Alfred apartment building there. The office market is going through a period of stagnation, recording demand values similar to those of 2021, while new deliveries amounted to 105,000 sqm by September 2022, compared to 154,000 sqm in the same period of last year, according to real estate consultancy JLL Romania.

Skanska has completed the superstructure of the Port7 project in Prague which will offer more than 35,800 sqm of office and retail space. After 16 months, construction of the building reached the top floor deploying 31,000 cubic metres of concrete and 4,100 tons of steel reinforcement.
Reka Rubber Polska, manufacturer of rubber products, will double its lease at MLP Poznań West to close to 4,000 sqm. The company is expected to move into the new facility in the second quarter of 2023.
Intersport will open a new large outlet in the recently refurbished GOBUDA Mall in Budapest in Q3 2023. The firm joins German retailer Wellensteyn and Hungarian retailer Budmil, both started to trade there in March. A new Wok'n Go restaurant will be available in the mall in the Summer.
Wolt has leased office space in Warsaw's Lumen building. As a result of the transaction, the new tenant has taken nearly 900 sqm. The office building in the centre of Warsaw is owned and managed by Globalworth Poland.

Brian Nyeng Olesen, formerly head of commercial at the Salling Group, has been appointed as the new managing director of Netto Polska. The position was previously held by Hugo Mesquita.
