The services, green spaces, and recreational areas in the Bucharest-based Equilibrium 1 office project are valued by more than 90% of employees working in the building developed by Skanska in northern Bucharest, according to a company survey.

Moreover, 76.2% are now extremely satisfied with Equilibrium 1's services, compared to 50% in 2023.

“It is a clear confirmation that our goal of creating a vibrant and integrated work environment is being fully realised," says Tamara Guleryuz, Leasing & Asset Manager Skanska Romania.

The working model preferred by the occupants of Equilibrium 1 is a hybrid one. As a result, 80% of the building's users work from their offices at least three days a week.

"An important aspect we are noticing this year is related to our residents’ focus on ESG. For example, 86% of respondents believe it is important for them to work in an office building like Equilibrium 1 that reduces environmental footprint. In addition, 90% of respondents believe that having their offices in such a building helps their organisation achieve its sustainability goals” she added.

Equilibrium 1 is a twelve-storey office building with a leasable area of 20,700 sqm along with 3,500 sqm of green space.
