The EHQ mixed-use complex in the Mlynské Nivy quarter in Bratislava, developed by Immocap, has received a positive standpoint from the Bratislava Municipality. This important milestone enables the developer to continue in the permitting process.

Romanian developer Cityring Property is exploring a new residential development on a land plot of 6.5 hectares in northern Bucharest close to Atria Urban Resort, where it launched the last development phase.

The construction of the Millhaus residential building, which Immocap is developing with the financial group Wood & Company in the Nivy zone in Bratislava, has exceeded the ground level. At this stage of construction, more than half of the residential units have already been sold to their owners. 

Romania’s residential market recorded around 26,000 new home completions during H1 2024, down 20% over the same period of last year, according to Colliers data. 

AFI Europe and FINEP have announced the conclusion of a long-term framework agreement on cooperation in the development of rental housing in Prague. The move is based on their previous collaboration in this area.
