Romanian developer Scala Development, part of Ax Perpetuum group, has secured RON 119 million (€24 million) from Libra Internet Bank for the development of the Scala Sopor residential complex in Cluj-Napoca.
The complex will feature 376 apartments. It will also integrate 4,100 sqm of commercial space, 460 underground parking spaces, and 2,500 sqm of green areas.
The building adheres to nZEB (nearly Zero Energy Building) standards.
“The collaboration with Scala Development is a natural fit, in line with our strategy to finance projects relevant to the future of Romania's major cities,” stated Cristina Mahika-Voiconi, General Director of Libra Internet Bank.
The group’s portfolio includes two completed residential projects with a total of 310 apartments, three ongoing projects, a commercial center, an industrial hall, and other real estate projects in various early stages.
