Geosan Development has announced the construction completion of the Rezidence Radimova Břevnov project in Prague 6. The project has received the valid building use approval.

The construction of the first apartment building in the Rakyta project in Bratislava's Devínská Nová Ves by Lucron is progressing and the rough construction is nearing completion. 

In 2024, 13,295 new dwellings were built, 29% fewer than in the previous year. The number of dwellings built on the basis of building permits and simple declarations issued was 20,494, 4.7% fewer than in 2023.

Immocap presented an updated design of the new Istropolis in Bratislava. The project already has a valid zoning decision and construction is expected to begin in the summer of 2025. 

Scandia Română Development, the real estate division of the Scandia group, has announced the commencement of works on a new residential project in Sibiu.

After the building use approval for the first stage at the end of last year, the new Bratislava district Vydrica is gradually filling with new residents. 17 retail premises out of 19 are also already leased.
