Romania remains one of the countries with the lowest mortgage penetration rates in the European Union, according to a Colliers’ analysis.  

YIT has decided to continue in cooperation with the RSJ investment group. After the completed Vesi Hostivař project in Prague 15 and the planned residential construction in Brno, the two companies are joining forces for the realization of the Toivo Roztyly project in Prague 11.

The residential project Topolčianska by the developer VI Group, close to Lake Veľký Draždiak in the Petržalka district of Bratislava, has received a legal building use approval. 

Duna House published its estimates for December 2024, which show that 10,231 residential properties changed hands in Hungary and HUF 105 billion in contracted housing mortgage loans were realised.
