Residential developer Living has announced the launch of sales for Park West Rise, the fourth and final phase of its Park West residential park.
This new phase introduces 195 modern, energy-efficient apartments in downtown Budapest’s rapidly developing Ferdinánd Quarter, District 13. The project includes nearly 900 units in total.
“The first phase of the Park West residential park was completed in 2022. Since then we have delivered phase two, and phase three will be ready this year – this shows that there is a strong demand for high-quality apartments with great transport infrastructure near the city centre,” stated Tibor Tatár, Head of Wing’s residential and office development division in Hungary.
Park West Rise prioritizes comfort and sustainability, offering smart homes controllable via an app, with options for smart home packages at no additional charge up to a certain development stage.
Residents will benefit from environmentally friendly solutions like a modern heat-pump system, surface heating and cooling, triple-layer glazing, and 15-cm thick heat insulation.
The development also includes popular community features such as a community lounge, business corner, and parcel locker, enhancing the everyday lives of apartment owners.
The number of Living apartments delivered since the company’s establishment in 2017, including those currently under development is close to 2,000, with more than 1,700 apartments already sold.
