Passerinvest is proceeding with constructing the Hila project in Prague's Brumlovka according to the set schedule. Since the beginning of 2025, the concreting of the foundation slab has been completed and the construction of the basement parts of the building is now underway.

Alto Real Estate has commenced the sale of apartments in the Sky Park Tower project, the latest work of the world-renowned architectural studio Zaha Hadid Architects in Bratislava, Slovakia. 

Local residential developer Impact Developer & Contractor recorded a net individual profit of around €17 million in 2024, double compared to the previous year. At the group level, the consolidated net profit was €12 million, also double compared to 2023.

The residence Stockerka developed by Proxenta has been constructed on the eastern edge of Devínská Nová Ves in Bratislava. Construction is currently proceeding according to plan and the base build has been finished, reports Yimba.sk. 

Florian Residence by Alto Real Estate, which is being built in Bratislava's Old Town, has received a valid building permit for its second phase. The project is connected to the first phase and is located close to the National Bank of Slovakia. 

UBM Development Czechia has received a building permit for the new project Rezidence Na Plzeňce in Prague 5 – Smíchov. On a plot of over 3,800 sqm, the company is developing an apartment building with a courtyard.

Investment activity in the commercial real estate market in the Czech Republic has shot up sharply in the last quarter of 2024. After rising yields in 2022 and 2023, "prime yields" have stabilised in 2024 and the market has found a new price equilibrium, according to Colliers' regular quarterly survey. 

Romania's housing market faced a significant imbalance in 2024, with new home deliveries falling 15% nationwide and over 20% in Bucharest, while demand rose by 7%, finds a Colliers report.

On the right bank of the Danube, new neighbourhood developments have been underway for several years. JTRE is preparing the Nové Lido and Penta Real Estate the Southbank project. For their plans to become a reality,  the city councillors need to give the green light to change the city's master plan and swap city land.
