PSN is launching the sale of the Jitro residential project in Prague's Vršovice. The project is designed to offer 144 units, as well as 35 townhouses with private entrances and green roofs. 

Romanian developer Millstone, controlled by Johan Rogiers and Horia Chioseaua, has officially begun construction on a boutique residential project on Calea Victoriei, in central Bucharest, which represents a €18 million investment.

The iconic 1967-built Hotel Budapest — locally known as Körszálló (meaning 'circle hotel') — has officially received demolition and construction permits for a near-complete rebuild. The Romanian residential market has seen transactions falling by nearly 9% in the first four months of 2025 compared to the same period in the previous year. In Bucharest, the fall in deals reached 12%, according to data released by Colliers.
