Following the approval of the local zoning plan in September 2024, Nowy Wełnowiec is entering the implementation phase. The 30-hectare revitalised site formerly occupied by the Silesia Metallurgical Plant in Katowice will become home to a mixed-use district with predominantly residential functions. Nearly a third of the area will be dedicated to open green spaces. The Capital Park Group is responsible for the implementation and management of the project. The architectural concept comes from the JEMS Architekci studio. The investor has received permission to modernise the former compressor house building since the beginning of the 20th century.

The first stage of the new Vydrica district in the centre of Bratislava has received a valid building use approval decision. The developer of the project is Vydrica Development, a joint venture of Vydrica, a.s. and Lucron's parent company, Luxembourg's Ikopart. The manager of the Vydrica project is the development company Lucron.

After nine months of this year, the Echo Investment Group has strengthened its position in key sectors of the Polish real estate market. It has also entered the private student housing segment, starting the construction of two projects. The total value of the Group's assets at the end of September amounted to PLN 6.6 billion (ca. €1.5 billion), while cash reserves exceeded PLN 469 million (ca. €107.5 million). Anchor Grup has announced its Bucharest-based residential project Select Residences has reached the delivery phase. 

Residential deliveries in the Bucharest-Ilfov region were down 23% in the first half of 2024 compared to the same period of last year, according to a report by SVN Romania. The agency estimated last spring that this year could bring the lowest number of new homes delivered in the past five years.
